Delivery, Returns and Terms & Conditions


For all transactions, (including vouchers) you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. If this email does not arrive, please check your spam/junk folder and contact is if you have any queries by emailing


Orders are normally despatched within two working days of receipt. Standard UK mainland delivery is £15.00. Please allow 5 working days for standard delivery. We are not able to ship to Northern Ireland due to new export rules.


Wine is an agricultural product and runs out from time to time. If you order wine, we may substitute a wine with one of similar value.

Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling, and may be per bottle or per case, as marked. Any delivery charges are additional.
We reserve the right to terminate any special offer at any time, without notice.

Age restriction

We will not sell wine to anyone who is not 18 years old or over. Sorry, but that’s the law. When you register your details you will be required to confirm you are 18 years old or older. By placing an order you also confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying wine as a gift – the recipient must also be over 18 years old. Once the wine has been delivered, according to your delivery instructions, it becomes the recipient’s responsibility.


We are unable to accept returns for unwanted wines, due to quality control reasons. We do not offer a sale or return service.
If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered, you should notify us as soon as possible and we will arrange a refund or replacement, within 30 days. Please note that all refunds from our website are conditional upon proof of purchase and can only be made to the person who purchased the goods.

Gift vouchers include the value of the voucher and the postage and packaging costs. They will normally be despatched within one working day by First Class post. They are non-refundable and no cash alternative will be provided.

Cancellation Procedure

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. Please notify us within 24 hrs of placing the order. If the items have been despatched, please refer to the returns procedure, stated above.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods. Further information about your rights is available from your Local Authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
